OARC Volunteer Examiners team leader Steve Morgan W4NHO has released the local licensing exam schedule for 2026. All exams will be given at the Owensboro Health Park building located at 1006 Ford Avenue in Owensboro. Park in the lot behind the Health Park entering from Robin Road and enter the building at entrance C. Someone at the receptionist desk will direct you to the room where the tests will be given.
Exam sessions begin at 9:00 a.m., and although walk-ins will be accepted, you are encouraged to contact Steve Morgan at 270-926-4451 in advance of the exam session so that adequate preparation can be made for the anticipated number of persons testing. The license exam dates for 2026 are:

- Saturday, April 25, 2026
- Saturday, July 11, 2026
- Saturday, September 26, 2026
- Saturday, November 14, 2026
